Sunday I made an offer for a townhouse I've had my eye on. It looks like a sweet deal: the asking price (it's a foreclosure) was $23,900 but my offer was for $21,000. I own three townhouses in the same complex so I already know I can get $650 per month rent after I make some repairs and clean the place up. If you do the math, the rent pays for the condo in less than four years.
By now I was hoping to hear something from the bank. I need to have a project to keep me busy and this would be perfect.
