My Frugal Miser - September Income: $8,560

Once again I am reporting two vacancies.  The good news is that it appears one of those properties is now rented.  Mystery shopping income is net of expenses, including hotel stays.  If I stayed in a hotel while traveling, I deducted the cost from the income I brought in.  I prepaid several hotels that I will be occupying in October; otherwise the amount would be higher.
